UNIT / PROGRAM: Exhibition Division STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SALARY: SG 9 (23,226)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: Cinematheque Centre Negros
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of the Cinematheque;
- Plan and execute programs, events, and logistics;
- Coordinate film schedules, events, and partnerships;
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaint;
- Monitor revenue, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets;
- Implement marketing strategies to boost audience attendance;
- Collaborate with local communities to promote arts and film culture;
- Oversee proper maintenance of cinema equipment and facilities;
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations;
- Maintain records and provide regular operational reports;
- Build and sustain community and stakeholder partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or related field.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, projection, and technician operations.
- Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and engage with local communities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and operational compliance requirements.
