Project Development Officer

UNIT / PROGRAM: Education Division - International Film Studies Assistance Program   STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)  SALARY: SG 11 (PHP 30,024)


PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Handle the International Film Studies Assistance Program;
  • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents such as, but not limited to briefers, memoranda, and contracts;
  • Perform research and interviews for the development of the program as needed;
  • Draft communications and reports as needed;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and all Divisions involved in the program;
  • Maintain files and records of the program;
  • Brief grantees and stakeholders about the Division’s programs;
  • Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma degree relevant to the job.
  • Possesses the following skills: Communication, creative problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, technical writing skills, and attention to detail.
  • Computer-literate in Canva and Microsoft programs.
  • Able to work closely with student filmmakers, film scholars, film educators, and film professionals.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure budget adherence, including reviewing and executing grant proposals.
