Communication Officer
Job Description:
- Plan, develop, execute digital strategies for online and social media marketing, customer engagement, and paid search advertising
- Support and create periodic digital and social media campaigns and coordinate day-to-day production of multimedia assets across various online platforms with the External Communication Division – Creatives Unit
- Understand and manage online marketing funnels and call-to-action functions
- Measure and analyze campaign performances and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs based on agreed upon KPI’s (paid ads, organic traffic, lead conversion rates, etc.)
- Ad-Hoc support for any sales and marketing requirements
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Must have at least 3 years professional and relevant experience
- Must have experience in optimizing and handling social media campaigns
- Must have experience in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have basic knowledge in Adobe Suite applications
- Must have knowledge on Facebook posting guidelines, standards, and restrictions
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Must have deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production
- Must have solid understanding of metrics and analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
- Must be computer-proficient in online content and project management systems
- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects
