Communications Marketing Officer

UNIT / PROGRAM: UniPhilippines    STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The position involves the marketing and communication strategy development of the UniPhilippines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Division through developing marketing strategies of UniPhilippines and its programs;
  • Collaborate with FDCP Digital Communications for FDCP official accounts;
  • Handles the official online accounts of UniPhilippines ;
  • Coordinate with the Data Officer about case to case studies on market trends and publish analysis, reports, and studies; and
  • Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor and Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Must have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar function
  • Must have excellent project management and account management skills; can manage multiple projects and accounts at the same time
  • Preferably, must have in-depth knowledge of industry best practices
  • Must be able to deliver quality output independently and/or with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Must be highly organized and optimal attention to detail
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferably, must have knowledge of Adobe applications and mailing applications (mailchimp etc)
