UNIT / PROGRAM: Procurement     STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The position requires the accurate management and encoding of large quantities of data in FDCP’s online platforms and subscriptions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately and efficiently encode data pertaining to FDCP’s history, programs, and events, and industry stakeholder’s contact information in FDCP’s online platforms and subscriptions;
• Confirm that the entered information accurately aligns with the original documentation;
• Maintain the data system;
• Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives; and
• Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Unit Manager and Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary level education
• Must have at least 1 year professional and relevant experience in a similar function
• Must have good planning and organizational skills
• Must have excellent attention to detail 
• Can encode data with speed and accuracy 
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be computer-literate and has the ability to handle online platforms such as Eventival, Survey Monkey, etc.
