Marketing and Promotions Manager

UNIT / PROGRAM: Marketing and Promotions     STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)


The position involves online marketing and promotion of the programs, projects, and events of FDCP and management of its social media platforms.


  • Assess potential advertising options, and create annual advertising plans for print, radio, web, and social media.
  • Develop effective plans to market new programs and initiatives.
  • Manage excellent relations with divisions, staff, and media partners.
  • Synthesize marketing and communications efforts with key department activities.
  • Manage budget responsibilities for marketing and communications.
  • Meet advertising goals without overextending budget
  • Develop and execute online and email marketing programs.
  • Liaise between internal divisions to execute in-house promotions and converged marketing activity.
  • Maintain referral and incentive programs, advertising campaigns, and Ad agency relationships.
  • Maintain partnerships to update marketing messaging and incentives for maximizing ROI.
  • Ensure channel program and promotion consistency working with third-party vendors and internal departments.
  • Follow campaigns, develop performance analysis reports and suggest for future promotions.
  • Support social media initiatives.
  • Engage in pre-project planning
  • Organize and strategize to ensure promotions reach consumers in a timely manner
  • Work within budgetary constraints to ensure an efficient and effective promotional service
  • Ensure compliance with any legal restraints related to promotion


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
