UNIT / PROGRAM: Content Production    STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The position requires the delivery of outputs that involves technical writing and production of content to support the External Communication Division – Content Production Unit’s projects.

The Content Production Officer shall assist FDCP and the Excomm – Content Production Unit in the following programs, projects, and output

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize video contents for programs of FDCP
• Develop and produce scripts for the shoot and for post production
• Research for the trending ideas and concepts for 
• Formulate questions for interviewees that can help in the content of FDCP videos
• Interview film and audiovisual industry stakeholders involved in the video
• Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor and management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably of Mass Communication, English or Film courses
• Must be a well-rounded individual with expertise on communication, planning and organization.
• Must have the ability to identify priority activities and assignments, allocation of appropriate amount of time and resources for completing work.
• Must be excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Must have excellent research skills in determining the social trends in pop culture, lifestyle and movies
• Resourceful
• Open to work on weekends and holidays if required
• Must have a sturdy knowledge on local and international films (commercial, independent, regional, art films)
• Must love films in general
• Ability to work collaboratively with leads and staff to achieve organizational goals; ability to solicit inputs by genuinely valuing others' ideas and expertise; capacity to work with transparency; capacity to build trust in colleagues
