FDCP Film School
The FDCP Film School Program has been created to provide film education, training and series of workshops to aspiring Filipino filmmakers and film practitioners under the tutelage of established local and international mentors. The program offers film activities that will enhance the interest of future Filipino filmmakers, and develop the audience and filmmakers’ film awareness and skills necessary for quality film production.






FILM TALKS
Designed for aspiring, emerging filmmakers and other audiences who want to learn more about filmmaking with leading film personalities as mentors sharing the latest on the craft, the years of experience, best practices, techniques, and insider knowledge straight from the industry masters.
FACULTY SYMPOSIUM
A three-day workshop designed for educators handling arts courses and media literacy programs. The program aims to refresh and update educators with the latest on the art and craft of filmmaking which eventually will be conveyed to the students.

The abovementioned proponents may partner with FDCP for preferred film education and training programs which can be a part of their regular programs and activities subject to the agreed terms and conditions.
II. QUALIFICATION
-
The organization must be a member of the FDCP National Registry. If not yet a member, the organization can apply for membership via the FDCP website.

The organization must have a clear record with the FDCP and must not have any outstanding clearance issues from other FDCP assistance programs.
III. REQUIREMENTS

Letter of intent addressed to the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of FDCP

IV. PROCESSING AND APPROVAL

Submission of Requirements. Requirements must be submitted to FDCP at least three (3) months or sixty (60) days prior to the proposed schedule of film education activities. Send accomplished application form and requirements to
[email protected] with the subject [Application] FDCP Film School [Types of film education and training program]. Applications made after the event’s activities will not be accepted. -
Technical Committee Evaluation. Once all requirements are submitted, the FDCP Technical Committee will evaluate the application. During evaluation, the committee may approve or may require additional requirements if deemed necessary. If the application has not been met, the Technical Committee may discuss other possible support the FDCP may extend. Otherwise, the application will be disapproved.

Declaration And Agreement. Upon the approval of the Technical Committee, both parties, FDCP and the proponent, shall discuss and agree upon their responsibilities. The assistance work flow will only start once the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is signed by both parties. A SIGNED MOA between FDCP and the PROPONENT indicates the commitment of both parties to the program. It must be FINALIZED BEFORE the start of the event/program.
