The PPP4 is an FDCP-led omnibus project featuring titles from local film festivals like the Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival, QCinema International Film Festival, Cinema One Originals Film Festival, Sinag Maynila Film Festival, CineFilipino Film Festival, ToFarm Film Festival, and Metro Manila Film Festival as well as from various producers and regional film festivals, a PPP Retrospective, the Lab portion of the Sine Kabataan Short Film Competition, and the CineMarya Women’s Film Festival.

First Cut Lab Project ‘Hayop Ka!’ is the First Animated Filipino Netflix Film
MANILA, PHILIPPINES, SEPTEMBER 24 — In a surprise announcement made on Monday, September 21, the animated feature film “Hayop Ka! The Nimfa Dimaano Story” is set to be the first animated Filipino Netflix film. Directed by Filipino filmmaker Avid Liongoren, the animated romantic comedy “Hayop Ka!” will be available for streaming across Asia beginning October 29.
