Berlinale Co-Production Market Returns as In-Person Event, Opens Call for Visitors Programme 2023

The FDCP will be selecting three Filipino producers to be a part of the much-awaited networking platform for international co-production happening from February 18 to 22, 2023 in Berlin, Germany.
FDCP Channel is now JuanFlix, the Newest Streaming Platform for Filipino Films
MANILA, PHILIPPINES, NOVEMBER 11, 2022 —The FDCP Channel, the Film Development Council of the Philippines’ (FDCP) online streaming platform, is now JuanFlix. The rebranding aims to make Filipino film gems and hard-to-find short films more accessible to the Filipino viewer with its new website features. JuanFlix will be officially launched today, November 11, 2022.

FDCP Celebrates World Day for Audiovisual Heritage

PH Delegation Closes Participation at the Busan International Film Festival; Brings Home 5 Awards

Two Filipino works, The Atom Araullo Specials: Munting Bisig (Young Arms) and Mother Maybe (Inahing Baka), and three Filipino scholars, Jan Kyle Nieva, April Dayne Garcia, and Jean Cheryl Tagyamon, received awards during the festival.
FDCP Conducts Free Filmmaking Workshops at the Batangas Digital Film Festival

Philippines Goes to Busan International Film Festival in South Korea
MANILA, PHILIPPINES, OCTOBER 10, 2022 — The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) leads the Philippine delegation to the biggest film festival in Asia, the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) happening in South Korea from October 5 to 14. Five (5) official selection films, three (3) films for market screenings, one (1) Philippine pavilion, seventeen (17) production companies, 31 filmmakers, ten (10) scholars, and three (3) FDCP-led Philippine events comprise the country’s representation to this year’s BIFF.
